    Wonderful for my insomnia, I fall asleep quicker and wake up feeling more refreshed than previously. Also seems to take the edge off during the day feeling less anxiety. Really good product!

    I’m no expert, but I do seem to sleep a lot better since I started taking Glycine. I also use the Taurine from the same company for that energy boost during the day.
